Recipe: Yogurt and Basil Dressing (low calorie, no fat)

YOGURT AND BASIL DRESSING

4 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
4 Tbsp. nonfat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper

In food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Each tablespoon contains 9 calories and 0 grams of fat.
