Recipe(tried): Preserving garlic

Misc.

Never tried canning garlic, but it can be preserved for a long time by just putting it in a jar and covering it with oil(olive-corn-whatever) and put it in refrigerator.I have kept it this way for up to a year. Also use the leftover oil for frying when the garlic is gone.
