Cookware

Misc.
2 of my last 3 ranges have been electric. And I do believe that good quality cookware works well on all of them. If you have smooth top electric - you then, of course, have to be sure the bottom is smooth - but most quality brands tell you.

I use Scanpan - which has titatium (sp?) and looks like non-stick but it is all through the surface .. so you can use metal spatulas, etc. without harming it. I love it. I also use my old LeCreuset (which is so old it would NOT work on the smooth top if my range is ever replaced!)

All Clad is great too - and several others.

What I use has worked just as well on my gas range (6 years ago - before this last move) as it does on the electric in this house.

I think good cookware makes good cooking much much easier.
