I forwarded the snacking cake to my 14-year-old...I think he will love it! And best of all, it uses things we alwass have on hand! (except for the marshmallows, I think they got tossed the last time I cleaned out the baking supply cupboard)

I often serve cukes as a side dish. Here in the Pacific Northwest, we have many greenhouse businesses, and so have a ready supply of hothouse tomatoes and cukes yearound. I will be trying your "instant" pickles soon!
