Recipe: How to help breading stick on chicken

Hi Jan,

Thank you for the recipe - it looks yummy. You mentioned that you sometimes have a problem getting the breading to stick on the chicken. One thing you can try is spraying the chicken breasts with nonstick cooking spray before coating them with the breading. If they're wet from the marinade, wipe them with paper towel before spraying. Or, instead of spraying, you can dip them in egg white that's been beaten with a little water (or whole egg, beaten). I hope that's a help.
