crossrib roast

Misc.

Just last week I returned the sept issue of SUNSET MAGAZINE to the library(here in the East it costs an arm and a leg to subscribe to west coast mags) - and they had a cross rib roast -and gave directions to BBQ it. I didn't copy but it sounded good....and since I think you're from CA--- you might even have the mag ....or your library forsure!
