Dawn Freehold N.J. Re Mint Choc Chips

Misc.

Hi Dawn, There have been so many posts back and forth re these mints, its not surprising you missed the reason for them. I am becoming so confused who I am writing to! I am making a Mint Hot Chocolate Drink Mix. We have found the Mint flavor at Krogers and Food Lion. We just purchased last evening in Food Lion the Raspberry Flavored. These Chocolate Chips are not in the baking section but are in the front of the store near check out in a seperate display. You won't believe this, but I DO NOT like mint flavor! My husband and son thought it was very good. I am going to try the drink with the Raspberry flavor tomorrow. My parents live in Forked River N.J. and are searching in that area for the chips. (Please forgive me if I have told you this already, I am confused) We had a very hectic and sad day on the mountain today as one of our neighbors home burnt to the ground during the night. It was horrible and we have been working all day to collect clothing for them. Thank GOD 3 adults and 2 children and the dog all got out unharmed. My husband and the men on the mountain are trained for fires and we have a small fire engine in a single garage to use until the county fire dept arrives, which took 20 minutes up the mountain. The outcome would have been the same even if firefighters were closer as the flames spread so fast. They believe it was electrical, due to Christmas lights. We really have to appreciate all we have! Have a great day Patty
