You are welcome. We also love all currys. We actually love hot spicy food, but I must admit Thai green curry shrimp is our favorite. I just use the bottled paste mix with the directions on the label and add usually sugar peas or snow peas, sliced mushrooms, red pepper and what ever I feel like just before serving to keep the veggies nice and crisp. MMmmmmmmmm, so yummy.
