Yes, I like that they get baked, too.

Also it is simpler than frying them, I find. I made quite big ones, and they were for sure cooked after 25 min. I might go for 20 minutes next time, and bump up the simmer in the sauce time a wee bit.

What I didn't say in my original post is, my boss had to go home and get something to eat for himself, the one I took to work and heated up smelled so good to him!
