How to remove pulp form pomegranates.

Misc.

Dear JTS,

How to remove the pulp from pomegranates without making juice from the fruit.

1. Since pomegranates juice stain clothing, all cutting and peeling the fruit must be done in the sink under water.

2. Cut pomegranates as if you were peeling an orange with a knife.

3. Separate the thick skin and the white membrane from the red seeds.

4. Drain the water and pick out your whole red seeds.

5. To make jelly just cook the pomeranates until they pop and release their seeds, drain and use the liquid for jelly.

Sincerely,

Vivian
