I will try these, tomorrow, Micha!

Misc.
As it happens, I just roasted some peppers yesterday, and have all the other ingredients.

This will go great with the BBQ steak I have planned for tomorrow night's dinner, with some vegetable summer rolls.

We finally have some nice weather, hope it holds! And it is a long weekend here (Queen Victoria's BD--go Victoria, bring on the days off!!).

Have a great day,

Carolyn!
