Just what I needed

Misc.
Thank you for the delicious sounding recipe. Next week, my husband (not a cook, but wonderful just as well) will be home with our girls on Spring Break. I will be working late to cover for someone who is on vacation, so I need some quick and delicious recipes (hubby usually works some evenings so I eat "kid food" like mac and cheese about three nights a week). This recipe sounds like we will all enjoy it. THANK YOU!
