Minor's Demi Glace

I use Minor's Demi Glace from the All-Serv company. 1-800-827-8328. I also use their chicken and beef bases. They have wonderful products. The Demi Glace is a past.

Demi-Glace Concentrate .........This velvety brown sauce from reduced beef stock is accented with garlic and onion. Its delicate sheen enhances beef, poultry and vegetable dishes. May be used as a base for sauces such as Hunter, Madeira, peppercorn and many more. Perfect with meats and poultry. The 13.6 oz container yields 2 quarts. (item # 783)

Allserv does have a website. It is a very small company and they are so nice when you call. They also send you recipes with the products that you purchase.
