At least I think they are. They are called Eat More, Weigh Less, Newly Revised and Updated, at the bottom of the cover it says author of the Dr. Dean Ornish's Program for Reversing Heart Disease. I also have and am enjoying, Everyday Cooking with Dr. Dean Ornish. Thanks for the info.-Micha
