Dear Phyllis,

You are truly blessed having 2 wonderful daughter-in-laws that can cook and help out with their wonderful additions to the holiday table! Bless their hearts!

Your menu sounds incredibly delicious! I was enjoying reading your story and menu and was mildly surprised at seeing your inclusions of some of the recipes...thank you so very much for sharing them!

I loved the ingredients of the cheeseball, so I have printed that one for my files. I might just make that the day before the holiday to enjoy around the house as we prepare for the big day.

I am looking forward to your posting of the coconut cake and the other recipes....

Happy Holidays! Gina
