Need suggestions/ sandwiches with pot.soup

Misc.
Need some suggestions for some type of sandwiches that will go well with potato soup. We cook a family dinner at chuch every week for about 100 people and are having potato soup this week. We need to have something else to go with it (i.e.. sandwich) but don't want ham or turkey since everyone will be tired of it from holidays. Need to be fairly simple due to the amount we cook and have to have prepared ahead of time. Got any brillant ideas or recipes? Would much appreciate any help you might give! Thanks a million!
