How about Tuna Salad?? My Mom always fixed Hot Dogs with Potato Soup.
And sometimes we would have Ground Bologna sandwiches. Just grind up bologna in a food grinder, add dill pickle relish or grind dill pickles while you are grinding the bologna, add mayonnaise, enough to hold it together and spread on bread like you would tunafish or ham salad. Also egg Salad sandwiches would be good with potato soup.
