Questions on Infusing Vodka

Misc.
Is it to late to infuse vodka for Xmas gifts? I'm not familiar with this process, but saw a little
about it on message board. It said it needed to be stored for 3 weeks in warm, dark place.
It's less than 3 weeks until Xmas now, does it absolutely have to be 3 weeks? I would appreciate any help or recipes/instructions anyone has. I have some personal gifts to give that I know they would love it. Thanks for any help or advice.BV
