MOLASSES MAGIC BEETS
Heat 2 tbsp. of butter and blend in 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 2 tbsp. water and 2 tbsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses. Stir until mixture boils and begins to thicken. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1/2 tsp. salt and 12 cooked beets. Heat thoroughly.
Makes 6 good servings
