Quick & Easy Ideas

Misc.

I posted a recipe on the Healthy eating board called Chicken Royale. It's easy
and good. I would serve it to company. Also, how about chicken breasts sliced
thin and sauteed with lemon, wine and a touch of garlic with pasta and a salad.
There is an Italian name for this. Chicken Limone ??? Not Chicken Marsala,
although that might work too. Chicken Cacciatore or Chicken Marengo are also
good. How about chicken breasts stuffed with Ham & Swiss cheese? Hope this
helps. Enjoy your evening.
