Re: Anyone know if zucchini will freeze okay?

I put some up in the frezzer this summer but I have not used any of it, I steamed it for about 2 mins and put it in cold water and sacked it. I too wanted it for bread this winter but I can't be sure this is going to work. I had so much of it I didn't really have anything to lose. Good Luck
