Recipe(tried): Freezing Zucchini - shredded or sliced

As the others have said, yes it will freeze. I have frozen it both shredded and sliced. My best luck comes with dehydratoring it first and then freezing it. i find it is a lot more like fresh zucchini and not nearly as mushy.
