Re: Help with Fat Free Baked Spaghetti and Meat Ball Cassarole

You can make vegaterian meatballs, this will take out the fat in the meat, where most of the fat is. I have nade a fat-free eggplant parm., it was o.k. however if you use fat-free cheese as I did it wont melt. Since appearence is very important in cooking I will use mostly fat-free cheese mixed with a little bit of low-fat cheese. This way my family doesn't know the difference even if I do.
