Re: ISO Prime Rib Advice

Misc.
Hello Barbara, I might sound "nosey", but earlier when I was checking the message board I told my husband that I couldn't wait till someone responded. We saw Ellen's request and were nervous for her. We do well, to please a crowd of 12 with proper doneness as well as a warm dinner. (not really, that's a bit of an exaggeration),but with entertaining all the visiting and greeting of guest it is hard not to get 'side-tracked' when you're not a professional! I know that Ellen will appreciate your advise and I certainly do. That's why I LOVE TKL SOOOOO MUCH, there is ALWAYS a friend to the rescue! The wonderful recipes, helpful hints and instant response from everywhere is GREAT! I have prepared a dinner for a large group, I've done it with help from others and every single time I always feel confident with our menu, but when the 'grand finale' is there; WE always, appreciate help from those like yourself! Thank you again and look foward to hearing from you more on the board.
