I too looked all over the web for this recipe. it was nowhere. They are trying to make you buy her cookbook, Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence: Dinner Made Simple

They have it at Barns and Nobel, (ISBN-13: 9781600857133) you can go look at it there.
