re: Kosher dills

Hi,
Thanks for posting the recipe.
I use a 3 gal crock. Is your recipe for the spices and dill per 1 gallon of water. That's how it reads to me. Just curious. I'm going to try it and see.
I see you also use the low temp for processing, has that worked well??
