re: Macaroni Grill Calamari and Aioli - maybe close but not right

While this copycat recipe sounds close - it is not exactly correct. We ate this at the mac grill two nights ago and I specifically asked if the aioli was made with mayonaise and the waitress explained there is no mayo - it is done with heavy whipping cream.
