re: Noodles and Co Stroganoff - recipe idea

Misc.
After reading the menu description for the Noodles & Company Mushroom Stroganoff, I think this would be really easy to duplicate.

I've never heard of the restaurant, thus, of course I've never been there to try this dish.

My suggestion would be to make a basic white sauce, drop in your mushrooms and let the sauce thicken slightly. Add in parmesan cheese until desired thickness and then lastly pour in a touch of sherry. Pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle on chopped parsley for garnish.

Again, I'd try it, but I don't know what I'd be comparing it to. Anyone else want to give it a try who has had Noodles & Co. Mushroom Stroganoff?
