Wihle I don't speak or write Polish, and not heard of that interesting recipe, you could try one of the translation sites at which you can enter the recipe, one line at a time and get it translated. I did this once for some Spanish speaking people and they were able to use it, though there were a few funny translated words to them! Good luck!
