Recipe: Cranberry Freeze (Pillsbury recipe booklet, 1970's)

Desserts - Frozen
CRANBERRY FREEZE

1 (1 lb) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream (or yogurt)
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Pecan halves (optional, for garnish)

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pecan halves; mix well.

Pour into 8 inch square pan or ice cube tray and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

To serve, cut into squares. If desired, garnish with pecan halves.

Makes 6 servings
