Hi,I saw some interested readers looking for SP.
I came across a "RYOTO Ester SP".

Where to get RYOTO Ester SP - for Sponge Cakes:
- RYOTO Ester SP: is a Batter Aerating Agent for Sponge Cakes, that contains a quality emulsifier as well.
