Eggy -- ovalette

I am sorry about the butter cake! I know exactly how you must have felt!
I have only used Ovalette with sponges. So perhaps that is what it is for. If I can locate my notes (which I have not seen for years!) on emulsifiers, I will let you know.
Let me know when you get to try out ovalette on sponges.
