Hi Linda, A spaetzle recipe calling for 3 cups flour and 4 eggs will make about 4 cups and serve 4 to 6, you can divide down from there for servings using smaller recipes. Of course, the number of servings will also depend on the heartiness of your accompanying dishes and the hunger of your diners! Happy Cooking, Betsy
