recipe for mustard greens

Misc.

you can buy smoked turkey parts and boil them until the meat is tendered. Put a little oil maybe two tablespoons for flavor. Once the meat is tender and falling off bone add greens. continue to boil until the greens are no longer tough. add pepper and salt to taste. you can mixed mustard and turnips greens thats how i usually make them. if you use turnip greens buy a turnip and slice in thin discs and boil with meat. pork can be substituted for the turkey parts
