Red hot pickles

Misc.

Hi Ginny,
I finally broke down and made the red hot pickles this year. Every year I would look at that recipe and think they sounded devine but never would try it. This year our cucumber were so nice, I couldn't resist.
My recipe says to cut the large cucumbers in slices after removing the seeds, then you end up with rings. Most of mine broke into pieces from all the draining but they sure are tasty!
I think next time I'll try your way.
I'll try your other recipe too.
Thanks a bunch!
Nett :o)
