Regarding Eggs in Stuffing/Dressing for Sean

Hi Sean ~

As I understand it, you do not need to use eggs when making stuffing/dressing if you are using bread pieces (not crumbs) in your recipe.

It is a good idea to use eggs in stuffing if using bread crumbs, such as Stove Top, to make your dressing. Stuffing made from bread crumbs can become somewhat of a pudding if you do not add eggs.
