request Guajillo recipes

Misc.
I mail-ordered Guajillo chiles to make some good-sounding recipes in Saveur magazine, then lost the magazine by the time I got the peppers. I'd appreciate if anyone has the article (it's a year or more old, about the Matriarcs in Central America, don't remember the exact name), that'd be wonderful! Other recipes would be nice too.
