Request: Potato Soup recipe and creamy vegetable soup recipe

I need a recipe for potato soup and vegetable soup. The vegetable soup that I have had at Dixie Stampede was very creamy and didn't have chunks of vegetables in it. It had dried vegetables in bits in it. Does anyone have a recipe like this? Thanks for your help!
