Recipe(tried): Applebee's Club House Grille Sandwich
SandwichesApplebee's frequently runs out of their turkey and ham... So, an employee runs to Kroger and gets (typically) pre-packaged Tyson turkey and/or cheap packaged ham. The real difference between what you make at home and Applebee's Club House Grille is... They pour oil on a flat top and toast the bread in melted butter/oil while the cheese melts on the bread. Thus, it makes a very gooey, rich sandwich. Also, to create a sandwich closer to the one you eat at the restaurant, use WAY more cheese than usual. The cheese should coat both slices of bread.
