sausage recipies

Misc.
My grandparents on both sides came from Minnesota. They were farmers and made all their own sausages. I am searching for sausage recipies in hopes of finding one that compares with those I remember. I am especially anxious for liver sausage, blood sausage and summer sausage recipies. Thank You,

Eileen
