Recipe(tried): Tuna Burgers with Horseradish Mayo

Sandwiches
TUNA BURGERS WITH HORSERADISH MAYO

FOR THE TUNA BURGERS:
2 cans tuna (chunk light in water) 6 oz. each
1/4 cup Italian style dry bread crumbs (or regular bread crumbs and just add Italian seasoning)
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt*
1/4 teaspoon black pepper*
nonstick cooking spray
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split (I eat these just as a patty without the bun)
FOR THE HORSERADISH MAYO:
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

In a large bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, shape mixture into 4 patties.

Spray a nonstick skillet with spray. Cook each side until nicely browned.

Combine the ingredients for the horseradish mayo and serve with patties.

*I do not use salt or pepper when I cook and these are fine without.
