Spook up your Halloween veggie platter with garnishes

Appetizers and Snacks
Colleen, Just off the top of my head, I think you can try two things. Think about garnishing the platter with cheese cut-outs. Use slices of American cheese, and cut them with smallish Halloween cookie cutters. Alternatively, try to view your platter as a mosaic - use the various veggies to build a monster or a creepy crawly. You could go flat or 3-D. Or could you use cheese-in-a-can stuff to turn cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices into Jack-o-Lanterns? Have fun!
