ISO: Halloween Veggie platter

Misc.
Help! Our school district is enforcing the new "wellness policy" and I need to provide an interesting Halloween themed veggie platter (no cream cheese, nuts or peanuts). I have plenty of "eye-ball" recipes. What can I do with carrots and celery sticks, which usually go over pretty well on their own? Any other veggie suggestions?
