In a yahoo club for people with celiac desease I found recomendations for the cookbooks of Bette Hagman. I have not seen the books. I know she has written on just for breads and has atleast 2 others. you can order them from amazon.com I will be traveling to the States and hpoe to buy her book. when I get back (mid april) post again if you haven't found anything. I might be able to help then
