Tips: Royal Icing Raw Egg White Substitute

Misc.

I would suggest getting a container of meringue powder, the recipe is on the
can. Wilton is one brand and can be found in most dept. stores, craft shops,
as well as cake deco. shops. I have the recipe using egg whites somewhere, but
I am leery of using the egg whites anymore, because of possibility of illness.
The powder can be frozen or refridgerated and I"ve use it indefinitely.
