Tortellini

Misc.

I searched -- really! But I don't know enough to know if I
found what I'm looking for! When I go to any of our 3
local Italian restaurants and order tortellini, it comes in
a bowl with some kind of white sauce, prosciutto (sp?) ham
and peas. It's really good. I could eat it at least once
a week, and so would like to be able to do it myself. I'm
just a dumb bachelor -- though not for long -- I just got
engaged today! But I would like to add this to my
repetoire of recipes.
