I make a layered dip like so: Spread 1 can refried
beans in a shallow baking pan, cover with 1 pound
browned ground beef that's been seasoned with 1 env.
of taco seasoning, then sprinkle with shredded cheese
(whatever amount you like). Place under the broiler
until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips and a
variety of toppings like chopped lettuce & tomato,
sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
