TURDUCKEN- TO LESSEN FAT GRAMS

ONE SUGGESTION IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE THE TURDUCKEN, I FIND IT HAS A LOT OF FAT IN IT. TO ELIMINATE SOME OF THE FAT, I DEBONE AND SKIN THE CHICKEN AND DUCK. I ALSO, FRY THE SAUSAGE FOR THE SAUSAGE STUFFING, DRAIN IT AND POUR HOT BOILING WATER OVER IT AND REFRY, THIS HELPS TO ELIMINATE MORE OF THE FAT. TRUE IT DOES DILUTE SOME OF THE SAUSAGE FLAVOR.
