Recipe(tried): Homemade Vanilla Syrup

HOMEMADE VANILLA SYRUP

**Ingredients Needed**

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 vanilla bean, split



**How to Prepare**

Place the sugar, water and corn syrup
in a small saucepan, and scrape the
vanilla bean seeds into the pot, along
with the whole bean. Bring to a boil,
stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Let boil for 1 minute longer, remove bean
and reserve for future use and strain
through a sieve. Let cool and place in a
squeeze bottle.

Great over fresh fruit, pancakes,ice cream, waffles, etc.
