Recipe: Cocoa Divinity Cake

Carol, found this recipe at another site, hope it is the one you want.
Angel.COCOA DIVINITY CAKE (OLD RECIPE)

So good is this cake, someone named it divinity.

2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Sift several times flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa.
Cream butter room temperature, slowly add sugar and
cream until light and fluffy.
Add to buttermilk, corn syrup and eggs.
Beat until light and well mixed.
Add small amount to creamed butter and sugar, then add small amount of dry
sifted ingredients.
Beat well each time.
Bake in oven around 300 degrees to 350 degrees.
